Spitfire entrance doors are made to bespoke designs with a choice of over 60 styles available. Choose from a contemporary or traditional design in a wide range of colours to complement your home and your individual style.

Our Aluminium front doors can be made up to 1,150mm wide. For larger openings, you could include a fully glazed side panel or maybe consider a set of double doors to create a truly grand entrance.

At our Showroom in Bicester, we have a stunning Aluminium Front Door in Anthracite Grey on display. The outside of the door features a decorative Stainless Steel trim and elegant long pull bar handle. On the inside, the door has a beautiful White matt finish and a high quality lever handle which operates the multi-point lock. We are proud to be approved installers of Spitfire Doors in properties throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties.

As soon as you close your Spitfire Door is locks automatically. If you would prefer to leave your door on the latch, so that you can pop in and out without needing to unlock your door, ask us about the day latch option where you simply flick a switch to leave the door on the latch and flick it back to secure it.

Aluminium Entrance Doors made to your design

Every door is fitted with high quality hinges and hardware. Choose from a round, square or an oval pull bar handle in varying lengths, all with a contemporary brushed steel finish. There are 60 customisable door designs to choose from, making a Spitfire Door the perfect choice for a wide range of properties, including contemporary new builds, refurbishments and traditional cottages.

Our aluminium door sash is 80mm thick and designs which incorporate glazing have three layers of security glass, which ensures that every door conforms to RC2 levels of security and weathering, specified by the IFT Rosenheim Test Institute in Germany.

Choose from a wide range of RAL colours, wood effects and special finishes

Spitfire Doors are available in a wide range of marine grade powder-coated paint finishes. You can choose from an almost endless range of RAL colours in either a matt, gloss, metallic or textured finish. You could decide to have one colour on the outside, with a completely different colour on the inside. Our most popular colour is a contemporary Anthracite Grey, which is why we have chosen to display a dual-coloured aluminium front door in our showroom in Bicester, it is Anthracite Grey outside with stainless steel inserts with a White matt colour internally.

Spitfire Aluminium front doors are available in a choice of wood effect finishes and from a very short distance away, it can be hard to tell if the door is wood or aluminium. One of the benefits of an aluminium front door is the very low maintenance needed to keep the door looking good.

For a truly contemporary finish, we can also install a bespoke aluminium door in your home with a Concrete, Corten Rust or Carbon-fibre effect.

Thermal performance

With a solid Aluminium door and outer frame, our doors achieve high levels of thermal performance with a U-Value 0.9 W/m²K to keep your home warm in all kinds of weather. All S-200 doors have a weathered low aluminium threshold as standard for ease of access in and out of your home.

Spitfire Aluminium Front Doors have a modern flush sash and frame which can be made in a wide range of colours, with a different colour for the frame and door and a different colour internally, if that is your preference.

As the trend for wide, tall doors continues, our S-200 Series door can be made up to 1150mm wide and 2250mm high and even taller and wider if you include glazed side lights and top lights.

Security – Secure as Standard.

Every door has a secure multi-point lock with 4 hooks and 1 dead lock, which when combined with an 80mm thick aluminium door makes it incredibly secure. If you choose a door with glass in its design, you can relax knowing the glass is triple glazed with laminated security glass to keep you safe in your home.

We can also install a Winkhaus Entryguard in your door, a purpose designed extra locking system with integral guard bar. With this feature, when a visitor calls at your home, you can open the door slightly to see who is there, before deciding whether to open the door fully. The Entryguard is far stronger than a flimsy door chain and can be left permanently engaged.

Triple glazed Entrance Doors

Any of the designs which incorporate glass are triple glazed with a choice of clear or obscured laminated safety glass. If you would prefer obscured glazing for privacy, but would like to be able to see outside, we can offer a combination of clear horizontal lines within an obscured panel.
